What you’ll own

  • Lead and grow strategic client relationships: retain, expand, and deepen accounts into profitable partnerships
  • Provide proactive counsel grounded in sector insight (technology, professional services, financial services, energy, critical infrastructure)
  • Shape and deliver integrated programmes across media engagement, thought leadership, internal comms and events
  • Own results: define success measures, track outcomes, optimise programmes, and communicate clearly
  • Run the commercial fundamentals: resourcing, budgets, profitability, and reporting against targets
  • Identify positioning opportunities through competitor and market understanding

How you’ll lead

  • Drive quality in storylines, pitches and content—strong editorial judgement and clear standards
  • Coach and develop account executives in client ownership, consulting behaviours, and delivery excellence
  • Create clarity: priorities, decision-making, accountability, follow-through

Must-haves

  • Relevant degree (or higher)
  • 7+ years agency experience in PR / digital / marketing communications
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Proven senior client management across cultures and time zones
  • Demonstrated commercial contribution (renewals, account growth, scope expansion, pitch support)
  • Strong relationship-building ability and appetite for sector learning
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
