About the Role
Work from home in a fully remote, high-autonomy role while leading multinational clients across
APAC. Join an established consulting-led communications firm where you will own senior client
relationships, drive strategy, and grow accounts—not just execute campaigns.

What You’ll Do
•Lead and grow key client accounts—retain, expand, and deepen partnerships
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
•Design and deliver integrated PR programmes (media, thought leadership, internal comms, events)
•Build strong client relationships across markets and time zones
•Own commercial performance: budgets, resourcing, profitability, and reporting
•Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor insights
•Collaborate with regional teams across APAC
Leadership Responsibilities
•Set high standards in storytelling, messaging, and client delivery
•Coach and develop junior team members
•Drive accountability, clarity, and consistent execution
What We’re Looking For
•7+ years’ experience in Public Relations / Communications / Agency environment
•Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
•Proven ability to grow accounts and contribute commercially
•Excellent written and spoken English
•Experience working across markets, cultures, or time zones
•Self-driven and comfortable in a remote, performance-focused environment
•Interest in or exposure to APAC / regional communications
