Responsibilities

Client Programme Support

  • Support account leads in delivering client programmes across media engagement, thought leadership, internal communications, and events.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and story opportunities to support strategic recommendations.
  • Draft and refine PR materials including media pitches, press releases, bylines, FAQs, messaging documents, and reports.
  • Track programme performance and help connect communications activity to measurable outcomes.
  • Assist in delivering an excellent client experience through responsiveness, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Build strong professional relationships internally and externally through reliability and quality work.

Consulting Mindset Development

  • Develop a consulting mindset by understanding client objectives and identifying the most effective communication strategies.
  • Ask strategic questions about goals, options, and potential risks rather than simply executing tasks.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research and drafting while verifying facts and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Seek feedback actively and apply learnings to improve performance and communication skills.

Must-Haves

  • A relevant degree or higher from a reputable university or institution.
  • 3–4 years of experience in public relations, digital communications, or marketing communications agency roles.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment across different cultures and time zones.
  • Coachability, curiosity, and a strong drive to learn and grow.
