The Marketing Communications Specialist develops and delivers effective communications strategies to internal and external stakeholders utilizing different forms of communication channels (internal newsletter, internal social media channel, print, broadcast, online and social media).

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director to develop and implement a solid corporate communications strategy.
  • Conceptualize promotion for company events and internal programs, and drive team member engagement through the creation of various communication materials.
  • Aid in the development of marketing strategies for corporate culture and brand building and provide support for executive communication requirements
  • Planning and executing end-to-end Communication Campaigns involving strategic design, content writing, creative media development and communications measurement
  • Strategizing and supporting Change Branding and Communications interventions for different stakeholder segments using multiple communication channels and platforms
  • Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications – Developing and executing social and digital communication strategies, managing employee communities, curating content, and narratives to engage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Guiding and working closely with a team of Graphic Designers to develop engaging communications for different media platforms
  • Applying and implementing Communications Analytics in day-to-day project work – measurement of campaigns using digital tools, apps etc.

Must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or corporate communications roles
  • Sample work / portfolio required
  • Excellent command of English
  • Outstanding customer-focused attitude and approach to be able to work across time zones (US and Europe) and cultures
  • Ability to work independently and remotely – this is critical as clients are mostly US and European organisations based out of Singapore with campaigns executed across the region
  • Be very driven and results-oriented as you and the team will be measured on key performance metrics
  • Multinational experience and a keen understanding of the business environments is preferred
