About the Role: Communications Support Coordinator
We’re hiring a Communications Support Coordinator to assist our accounts team in managing internal reports, organizing campaign documentation, and ensuring high-quality output across client deliverables. This is a non-client-facing role ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
You’ll play a key role in helping the team stay on track with timelines, maintain document consistency, and follow internal workflows that ensure smooth campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management & QA
- Organize and maintain client documents, files, and assets in proper folders and naming formats
- Proofread and check formatting for reports, briefs, press releases, media kits, and other materials
- Ensure all files follow the company’s SOPs for naming, layout, and branding
Project & Workflow Coordination
- Track and update timelines across internal reports (WIPs, MOMs, media coverage, etc.)
- Maintain the internal Events Calendar with all client-related activities
- Keep the internal project board up to date by coordinating deadlines and deliverables with the team
- Coordinate monthly internal team reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy
Reporting Support
- Compile and finalize client coverage reports
- Monitor publications and industry trends relevant to clients
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect, review, and revise documents as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a PR or communications agency
- Strong attention to detail in formatting, proofreading, and document presentation
- Excellent written English
- Familiarity with media, communications, or project coordination preferred
- Comfortable working across time zones (Singapore, US, Europe)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Experience with project management tools or platforms like Zoho Suite is a plus
- Independent and proactive, but also a team player
