We are a regional marketing and communications firm operating across SE Asia and India focusing on technology and professional services. We are expanding and need qualified, creative, dynamic and most importantly very independent remote problem solvers to join our growing team in Southeast Asia.

Candidate must be well-organised and is used to handling information, keeping files, formatting documents and managing workflows, schedules and deadlines.

The candidate will be expected to take ownership of coverage reports, monitoring trends, reviewing publications, and some media relations support. The position assists in building, implementing, managing and reporting on internal and external documents and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and safe-keep all company-related documents and account assets in a systematic order
  • Execute and manage the proper implementation of company processes and SOPs such as proper labelling of all documents based on the filing system sheet
  • Managing timeline for reports and documentations – WIP documents, Minutes of Meeting, Coverage Report, Briefing Document, Debrief report etc
  • Posting of all client-related activities in the Events calendar
  • Managing and keeping the projects board updated by liaising/ implementing timelines with the team
  • Take the lead in coordinating and setting up internal monthly reporting within the team
  • Review all monthly internal reports and make sure it follows the correct formatting and the KPI template is properly filled out. Should be able to manage all the edits needed to be made by coordinating with stakeholder/s.
  • Manage and will take the lead to make sure SOPs and processes are properly followed and able to coordinate with various stakeholders if issues arise
  • Proofread all the documents from the accounts team to make sure that formatting and spelling is perfect, logos are perfectly placed, aligned accordingly – briefing document, WIP, concept paper, minutes of meeting, press release, bylines, clippings report.
  • Able to identify the challenges in the team and can proactively come up with a solution using the existing infrastructure and tools

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year relevant experience to the role; experience working in an MNC is a plus
  • Multi-lingual candidates will be preferred as an excellent command of English is imperative to work with clients from the UK and the US.
  • Have an outstanding customer-focused attitude and approach to be able to work across time zones (US and Europe) and cultures
  • Be able to work independently and remotely – this is critical as clients are mostly based in Singapore, the rest of Asia, US and Europe.
  • To be very driven and results-oriented as you will be measured on key performance metrics.
  • Must be a disciplined team player with lots of initiative
  • Has strong competency in organisation and planning
  • Must be detailed-oriented, proactive, and creative
  • Familiarisation of Zoho Suite Software is a plus
