Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategic Growth
- Lead and grow strategic client relationships, ensuring strong retention, account expansion, and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing proactive counsel grounded in industry and market insight.
- Shape and deliver integrated communications programmes including media engagement, thought leadership, internal communications, and events.
- Develop deep sector knowledge across technology, professional services, financial services, energy, and critical infrastructure.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and positioning opportunities that support client growth.
- Define success metrics for client programmes, track outcomes, optimise strategies, and report results clearly.
- Manage commercial aspects of accounts including resourcing, budgets, profitability, and reporting against targets.
Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence
- Set high standards for storytelling, media engagement, and content development with strong editorial judgement.
- Coach and mentor account executives to strengthen consulting skills, client ownership, and delivery quality.
- Provide clarity on priorities, decision-making, and accountability across client teams.
- Ensure consistent execution and momentum across client programmes.
Must-Haves
- A relevant degree or higher from a reputable university or institution.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in public relations, digital communications, or marketing communications agency roles.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience managing senior client relationships across cultures and time zones.
- Demonstrated commercial contribution including account renewals, growth, scope expansion, or pitch support.
- Strong relationship-building ability and interest in developing sector expertise.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site work environment.
