We work in the B2B sector and focus on technology and professional services. As our operations expand, we are looking for international thinking and dynamic professionals to join our marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by identifying potential clients through cold calling, email marketing, SEM, SEO, organic and paid social media, and other digital marketing techniques
- Manage the email campaign delivery including production, creation, planning, scheduling, testing updating, and optimising of the email programs, calendars, and email lists.
- Build and execute triggers, automations and customer journeys in the email campaign and ensure prompt and accurate communication with target audiences
- Build and manage CRM database for key accounts and conduct networking sessions with peers and target audience to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and execute demand generation strategy leveraging key channels such as website, referrals, paid search/PPC, social media advertising and partners to achieve team and company-level goals and objectives.
- Proactively works to develop, implement, and execute successful marketing campaigns that ultimately support lead and revenue generation.
- Compile and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness. Makes suggestions for improving marketing conversion based on testing and observed performance (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage the development, design, approval, production, and distribution of all demand generation marketing activities.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Develop, manage, and refresh campaign calendar to build sales pipeline.
- Support marketing automation to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support a rapidly growing organization.
- Manage priorities and timelines effectively to meet critical deadlines.
Must have:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing communications roles
- Experience in email marketing is a must, preferably campaigns in B2B
- Sample work / portfolio required
- Excellent command of English
- Outstanding customer-focused attitude and approach to be able to work across time zones (US and Europe) and cultures
- Ability to work independently and remotely – this is critical as clients are mostly US and European organisations based out of Singapore with campaigns executed across the region
- Be very driven and results-oriented as you and the team will be measured on key performance metrics
- Multinational experience and a keen understanding of the business environments is preferred
