Responsibilities:
- Writing high-impact long-form articles for business and trade media.
- Crafting copy for social media platforms (focus on LinkedIn and Twitter) on behalf of B2B organisations.
- Optimising social media posts (language, tone, message) based on the behaviours of our client’s target audience.
- Work closely with the Director to develop and implement a solid corporate communications strategy.
- Conceptualize promotion for company events and internal programs, and drive team member engagement through the creation of various communication materials.
- Aid in the development of marketing strategies for corporate culture and brand building and provide support for executive communication requirements
- Planning and executing end-to-end Communication Campaigns involving strategic design, content writing, creative media development and communications measurement
- Strategizing and supporting Change Branding and Communications interventions for different stakeholder segments using multiple communication channels and platforms
- Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications – Developing and executing social and digital communication strategies, managing employee communities, curating content, and narratives to engage diverse stakeholder groups
- Guiding and working closely with a team of Graphic Designers to develop engaging communications for different media platforms
- Applying and implementing Communications Analytics in day-to-day project work – measurement of campaigns using digital tools, apps etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a business journalist and/or sub-editor.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a university/institution in mass communications, journalism, international relations or international business.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Understanding of business and technology topics and trends.
- An outstanding customer-centric approach and commitment to creating high quality work for clients across time zones and cultures.
- A data-driven and results-oriented attitude to ensuring the completion of projects that will be measured on key performance metrics.
- A self-starting approach and ability to work independently and remotely on projects with teams across Southeast Asia, India, US and Europe
- A detail and quality-oriented approach to content creation.
